Katie: you are right on! Compassionate and rationed response. And oh yeah, if there weren't a lot of "Denver residents" at the rally, it is because law-abiding, responsible pit bull owners who love their pups either moved out of Denver, or like us, would never move there while there is a ban in place! Or spend our tax dollars there!
