Taryn, in your 22 year in veterinary medicine, do you ever treat a dog without talking to the owner? Don't you ask owners what behaviors the dogis showingt that prompted a visit to your office? Or do you say - oh well, it is a Boxer, no need to talk to the owner, the dog must have cardiomyopathy? For a vet to talk about breeds and aggression and NOT even mention the owners and the influence they have over a dog's behavior is a vet I would never take my dogs to.
